How long is the construction build process ?
5.5 months typical less if the weather is ideal for construction.
How are prices and contracts structured ?
For a build we use Fixed price contracts not cost plus. There will be a handle ful of items that if costs come in higher than the alotted amount the homeowner would be responsible for. For example: Building pad and or Septic
Does the builder offer warranties?
Yes, 2 different types 1 year workmanship provided by the builder and a third party 2-10 structural warranty purchased by the builder on behalf of the homeowner.
How do I get starteed?

What house plans are available?
