How long is the construction build process ?

5.5 months typical less if the weather is ideal for construction. 

For a build we use Fixed price contracts not cost plus. There will be a handle ful of items that if costs come in higher than the alotted amount the homeowner would be responsible for. For example: Building pad and or Septic

Yes, 2 different types 1 year workmanship provided by the builder and a third party 2-10 structural warranty purchased by the builder on behalf of the homeowner.

Homeowners/ Buyers will participate in the Builders final step of the Punch out process and sign off before closing.

 All Buyers / Homeowners meet with the Builder just before final completion to go over mechanicals operations of the home and necessary information to maintain the home.
